Refund policy
Online Refund Policy:
The products could returned within 14 days from the date of receiving your online order.
The product can returned up to 30 days in case the product is defective after checked by quality department
You must have the original invoice for your online order in order to be enable to return the product
ü The product must be in its original condition and unused for shoes.
ü The product label must attached for bags and its in original condition.
In case of payment cash or credit card through online shop, you can do the following:
ü Return the relevant products at the nearest Dejavu store applied with the mentioned conditions in case of no available stores nearby, you must contact online customer service department either through a call or Facebook or Instagram Messenger.
If you want to return through online customer service department, you must send the photos of the product with all sides including the out sole for shoes and original copy for invoice through Facebook or Instagram messenger. Then the action will be taken through online customer service team, an email notification for refund online will be sent to you after receiving the products at Dejavu online warehouse.
In case of payment installment methods such as Sympl, ValU, Premium & others, you will return the order only through online customer service department who will support you with the process and shipment for the product to be picked up and then return to the online warehouse.
Return process through online will take 7 working days or less to be completed
It is not allowed to return or refund the product with installment methods for online order at Dejavu stores.
It is not allow refunding with different payment method than the original payment method.
It is not allow refunding for Gift receipts orders, only exchange is allowed.

If you have gift receipt for order, you can exchange the order only no refund.
You can exchange your product same model with different size & color with shipping fees, in case of exchanging with another model you will pay the difference in price and shipping fees

You will exchange the order only through online customer service department who will support you with the process and shipment for the product to pick up and then return to the online warehouse and in case of difference in price, it will paid in cash or through stores by the same amount and above
Exchange process through online will take 7 working days or less to be completed
Shipments cannot be opened until the order is delivered at your doorstep and payment is completed.
